Introduction

Mythibomber is a 2D action arena from developer felipetopwar that turns Brazilian folklore into a bomb-filled fighting game. Twelve creatures called Mythimons are available, and each brings a signature bomb and a separate power into the arena. Boitatin's fire bomb can set off other bombs and comes with a flame jet; Iaria uses water to douse fires and can surf through opponents; Macaxeriseed raises an explosion-blocking wall or escapes underground; Lunark's claw reaches through blocks, and he can become a werewolf. The basic loop is to place bombs, break through the stage, and outlast every rival. Deathmatch puts one player against all eleven other Mythimons on a large map, while Classic sets up a one-against-three fight. Online play lets a host bring in up to three friends with a shared four-letter room code, and no sign-up is required. The pixel-art presentation and arcade pace suit fast, chaotic matches, while the folklore roster gives each fight a distinctly Brazilian flavor. Items can be grabbed from broken blocks.
