Introduction

Legacy, developed by loganoster, is a top-down pixel adventure that draws on classic Zelda-style design. The hero is hooded, with a face hidden except for two glowing eyes. A shadow named Hyger has broken the village's Light Stone into three gems, and the quest is to set things right. Elder Maren is the first stop; after that come the Ashen, Tide, and Gloom Shrines. Their guardians must be defeated, and once the barrier is broken, Hyger waits on the other side. Retro pixel art and a top-down view carry the presentation, while boss fights give the journey its main tests. Keyboard players move with WASD or the arrow keys and use Space to swing a sword or talk. M mutes the audio and B changes brightness. On mobile, a joystick on the left moves the hero and taps on the right side attack. The structure is a clear quest through themed shrines toward a final confrontation.
